Everyday! It is recommended by the FDA to apply 15 minutes before sun exposure and then reapply every two hours during sun exposure or more often after swimming & sweating. When swimming & sweating, a water-resistant sunscreen is required. Regular sunscreen does not protect when in water or sweating.

Our primer + sunscreen, The Invisible One, is water & sweat resistant for up to 40 minutes. Be sure to reapply after sun exposure to water or sweat to stay covered.

Yes, all of our products are dermatologist tested so you can feel good about protecting your skin and nourishing it too.

All of our products have been tested on sensitive skin to make SPF easy for all, but we know some skin types can be unique. If you have known sensitivities to UV filters, we recommend you consult your dermatologist first. Our mineral sunscreens are known to be extra gentle on skin.

Our US range of products are made within the US under compliance with the FDA. We hold the same high standards for our products across the globe to bring you high SPF broad-spectrum protection in easy-to-use, lightweight formulas.

Our range currently has two products with 100% non-nano mineral protection. Both The Mineral One and The Shimmer One are formulated with non-nano zinc oxide. Non-nano means the UV filter particles are not small enough to penetrate the skin. Mineral sunscreens provide a protective barrier on the surface of the skin.

In the US, sunscreen products are regulated by the FDA, which requires all sunscreens to be marked with an expiration date for your safety. This date is based on required testing, as after the expiration, the effectiveness of the product may be reduced. Your skin is important to us; therefore we want to ensure you have the best protection. Always make sure your SPF products are within date.

Yes, you can layer, but be sure to apply it as its own layer so you know you have good coverage, even on the cloudy days. We recommend using as the last step of your skincare routine, but before any makeup or cosmetics. And of course, reapply every two hours to stay protected.

The PA index stands for Protection Grade of UVA. UVA rays are the ones that cause premature ageing. This index commonly used in global regions outside of the US measures the ability of sunscreen to protect you from UVA rays. We’ve included this on our packaging to help reinforce our dedication to high SPF protection.
